The company has been pre-existing in a small scale dealership of cellular products since 1999, officially incorporated in December of 2002. Since then Miletrix was an exclusive dealer of Telecom Specialist Inc. (TSI) – the marketing arm of Smart Communications, Inc. In year 2007-2008, Miletrix was appointed as Major Dealer of Smart. Currently, Miletrix is a Provincial Distributor, territorial assigned exclusively for Rizal Province with 12 municipalities, Antipolo, Angono, Baras, Binangonan, Cainta, Cardona, Jala-Jala, Morong, Tanay, Teresa, Pililia. Armed with 142 DSP and External DSP Miletrix covers 19,368 retail stores. Miletrix ensures efficiency and quality servicing to its retailers and providing sufficient inventory and up to date merchandising materials to achieve sales targets. With Smart’s trust and confidence, Miletrix is determine all facets of demand in the fulfillment of clearer, seamless and more effective means of communication in the assigned territory. Miletrix also houses an IT infrastructure and Call Center to provide fast and efficient service to retailers. Through a proprietary software, Miletrix can support all the data requirements of its Sales team and Accounting. In addition to Miletrix business, Miletrix ventured into contracting services. Servicing around 350 household monthly for Smart Bro and 50 household monthly for Cignal TV. OUR COMMITMENT Philippines’ telecom industry has been taken to a whole new level.
